1 oz Pierre Ferrand 1840 Cognac
½ oz Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao
2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
¼ oz Agave Nectar
1 oz Sparkling Wine
Place all ingredients except Sparkling Wine, in an ice filled Boston Shaker and shake to chill, strain into a sugar rimmed Coupe glass, top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a twist of Fresh Orange.
