1 oz. Ferrand 1840 Cognac, ½ oz. Ferrand Dry Curacao, 2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice, ¼ oz. Honey Syrup, 1 oz. Sparkling Wine - Place all ingredients in an ice filled Boston Shaker and shake to chill, strain into a coupe glass and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a twist of fresh orange.
