Ingredients 1 oz. Pierre Ferrand 1840 Cognac ½ oz. Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao 2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice ¼ oz. Agave Nectar 1 oz. Sparkling Wine Directions Place all ingredients except Sparkling Wine, in an ice filled Boston Shaker and shake to chill, strain into a sugar rimmed Coupe glass, top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a twist of Fresh Orange
