RÉVEILLON TRADITIONAL: Must be a minimum of 4 courses and maximum of 8 course with up to 4 menu items per course that all contain ingredients that would have been available to a Creole family during the 1800s. For example: please do not feature ingredients like ‘micro sprouts’. Think of ‘rich’ or ‘luxurious’ regional items to offer!

For this wonderful Christmas time offer, Chef Virgil has imagined a wonderful four course meal to be served in KILROY”s, the bar of CAfe Normandie at the Higgins Hotel.   Kilroy’s is a comfortable, but casual space, with plenty of table seating, and groups up to eight.   We serve at the bar, or at tables and this is the place to “see and be seen” within the Higgins!
