REVEILLON TRADITIONAL: Menu items must contain ingredients that would have been available to a Creole family during the 1800’s time period. For example: please do not feature ingredients like ‘micro sprouts’. Think of ‘rich’ or ‘luxurious’ regional items to offer!

Now located in the Treme neighborhood, Gabrielle offers contemporary creole-cajun cuisine in an intimate setting. Only fresh ingredients are used in the preparation of dishes and the menu changes weekly. Try the Oysters Gabie, Slow-Roasted Duck, and Peppermint Patti - a slice of brownie cake with home- made peppermint ice cream topped with a warm chocolate sauce.
