Reveillon Traditional

REVEILLON TRADITIONAL: Menu items must contain ingredients that would have been available to a Creole family during the 1800’s time period. For example: please do not feature ingredients like ‘micro sprouts’. Think of ‘rich’ or ‘luxurious’ regional items to offer!

A popular spot, (even with the locals), is best known for its prime rib and huge martinis. Other excellent selections include, wood grilled rotisseries, spit-roasted rack of lamb, grilled barrel-cut tenderloin, roasted shrimp, and juicy, pan-seared salmon, served with wilted spinach and fried leeks.
