RÉVEILLON TRADITIONAL: Must be a minimum of 4 courses and maximum of 8 course with up to 4 menu items per course that all contain ingredients that would have been available to a Creole family during the 1800s. For example: please do not feature ingredients like ‘micro sprouts’. Think of ‘rich’ or ‘luxurious’ regional items to offer!

Step into Trenasse from St Charles Ave or the lobby of the Intercontinental Hotel and experience the magic  of our Louisiana culture and history. A “trenasse” runs through our dining room which is filled with beautiful hand crafted cypress tables and original works of art depicting the swamp land. Holiday festivities are a New Orleans tradition we embrace in our decor, cocktails and menus.
