D’usse is a cognac (rich flavor notes of ripe blackberry and apricot layered with hints of dark chocolate and walnut, culminating in an exceptionally balanced finish.

Pina Colada puree – 1 oz
Simple Syrup – 3/4 oz
Orange juice- 1 oz.
Sprite – spash
Cinnamon (ground) – 3/4 dashes
The drink can be garnished with a Cinnamon sugar or toasted coconut flakes. We will also give it with dehydrated orange wheels or cinnamon sticks
This drink is sophisticated and balanced: rich cognac bases, creamy/tropical from the pina colada puree. Citrus brightness from the OJ and Sprite and a cozy cinnamon note that screams holiday.
Since Element79 has lite bites, we will also be featuring a special menu to pair with this holiday drink. Mini Crab Cakes with a Citrus Aioli. We will also have Sweet and Spicy nuts (Cinnamon, Cayenne, Brown Sugar Glaze) in little packs to give with this drink.
