This Réveillon menu, a New Orleans tradition, harkens back to many of the flavors of home and the warm welcome that American soldiers received in Normandy following D-Day.  this holiday season we also commemorate the 80th anniversary of the American GI’s who endured immense cold and extreme fighting in the bitter winter of 1944-45 to help secure freedom.
